is a fine jewellery brand specialising in sustainably crafted, personal pieces composed from precious metals and unique hand-selected gemstones sourced from small family-run gemstone suppliers. All pieces are designed by founder Ashley Mikal and handmade in London's historic Hatton Garden.
Ashley’s creative process follows two distinct paths: designing around extraordinary gemstones she discovers, and conceptualising pieces for which specific stones are then sourced and cut. This flexibility allows her to maintain an unwavering commitment to quality while exploring diverse creative directions.
Working exclusively with recycled gold and platinum, every piece is handcrafted by master craftspeople in the UK. The resulting pieces combine technical excellence with artistic vision, creating jewellery that is both refined and deeply personal. These are investment pieces designed to become modern heirlooms, combining the highest quality materials with timeless design sensibilities.
The Founder
With a background in dance and design as well as extensive studies in fine art and anthropology, Ashley Mikal’s design process reflects her rich understanding of historical and visual contexts, the presence of personal and cultural meanings imbued within the jewellery as well as her desire to explore the creative possibilities that this ancient form of self-expression allows, all within her signature point-of-view.

Self expression, and the freedom to self express, is incredibly powerful and liberating.
