Orders

As each collection piece is handmade to order, please expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be ready to ship. If there is a special occasion and you require a rush order, we will try our best to accommodate you. In these situations, please contact us at info@ashleymikal.com with the requested delivery date prior to placing your order.

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. 

 

Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, which provides a tracked, signed for, next day delivery service. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally via FedEx International. Ashley Mikal is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments nor for any delays, lost packages or other issues that may arise once your item has been shipped. We recommend Secursus, an optional shipping insurance company, to ensure the jewellery is fully insured during its journey. Any duties or taxes due upon customs clearance can be paid via the FedEx website; they will contact you directly. We require a signature upon delivery; please ensure you are available when it is delivered. If your order is sent back to Ashley Mikal by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay to have it shipped again.

 

Returns/Exchanges

As each piece is handmade to order, we accept returns for exchange or store credit only. It is recommended that you confirm all sizes (rings, bracelet and chain lengths) prior to placing your online order.

New, unworn jewellery can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery confirmation date. Jewellery that has been damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Once your return has been processed, your store credit will be sent to you via email.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns and prior shipping charges will not be refundable. It is recommended that you insure any shipments for the value of the returned item.

*Bespoke pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Taxes

We collect VAT for any orders that ship to destinations within the United Kingdom. This sales tax will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.
